Delete your data

Bloomara has no accounts, so the quickest and safest way to delete your data is inside the app, on the device that holds your story.

In the app

1. Open Bloomara and go to Profile.
2. Tap Privacy & data.
3. Optional: tap Export first to keep a copy of your journal, letters, photos and voice notes.
4. Tap Delete all my data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your profile, moods, journal, letters, photos, voice notes, Mira reflections, partner link and your purchase customer record at RevenueCat. It disappears from our backups within 30 days. Gift transaction records are kept for 10 years only where tax law requires it, without your personal note.

Without the app

Email info@siafy.co with the subject “Delete my Bloomara data” and include your recovery code(Profile → Recovery code). We need it to find your data, because we do not know your name or email. We confirm deletion within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
